The other one

The other day I published a photo of one of my flowering orchids. This is the other one. They sit side by side in the dining room.

HtP and I should have been in Brighton this weekend but as we are in lockdown the visit has been postponed to February.

As HtP and I both had the day off we decided to use the day to do something useful. Several of the fence panels down the drive need replacing so we decided to do that. While HtP worked on the heavy stuff I weeded one of the beds in front of one of the other replaced panels.

It was a lovely day and it was good to be working together.

We’ve had fish and chips for dinner.

We’ll be working on them again tomorrow. If the weather forecast is right it will be raining.
