Late mover

It was getting quite late when the last barge for the day passed by the front of the house. There are still boats on the move but I’m not sure whether lockdown allows movement, is it essential travel?
Tonight was Sainsbury’s delivery night, scheduled for 9pm. I had a text from the driver at 4.45 saying could he deliver early.... he arrived at 4.55. Not really much point booking a delivery slot is there?
