Spigen Liquid protector

I ordered a screen protector for my phone and this is what came.
I said to Raymond I didn't get my screen protector they only sent a kit, he looked at and said you better contact them and I said I will.

A few minutes later he said that is your screen protector and I said what it turns out it is literally a liquid protector not sure how to apply it yet.

Never heard of an actual liquid screen protector and it's made by Spigen.
If anyone has heard or used it before please let me know as this is a first for me
