Day 232 - The bridge again!

I had a good day - again focussing on being relaxed and being kind to myself!!
I got a lot done, went to Waitrose to get some food for dinner then having a good catch up with Giles talking about my own next Branding steps!
I dis my other tasks.
Neil was late and we ended up having easy dinner and keep what I bought for tomorrow.
