Deb makes a sourdough loaf

After having to throw large amount of flour out due to thingies in it, she finally found some sourdough. Very yummy.
Very stressful few days, what with the election and that maniac refusing to go plus speech last night in which to quote, every word was a lie, including if and but. (Sorry quoted wrongly, you get the drift! And refusing to allow NYC to have vaccine as punishment to Cuomo.

Had to buy new printer as old one gave up the ghost, just when I really needed it. I own a small flat in Brighton England which is rented to some lovely people who I don’t want to lose. The flat is having to be brought up to code by June, which means major improvements. At the same time the flat underneath is being sold and I was informed on Wed that they needed certain documents for land registration by Friday closing! Hang on, not only are we in the middle of a pandemic, but I am in the Hudson valley NY. At best of times mail prob takes at least a week. Anyway managed to scan a certain amount of stuff to solicitor before printer went down. But this is fairly rural, and having to find print shop etc means 20 miles away.
Sort of managed but not helpful!
