Blackheath Skies

Cloudscape above Blackheath.

After a day working at home, I walked down to the River Ale House (four pints of Iron Pier Target) and then walked home via a loop over the northern edge of the heath.

Finally resumed running yesterday, doing a gentle half-hour of three minute runs with a minute's walk between each stint. Glad to say that, so far, there's been no adverse reaction.....
