Another long lunch

After an odd nights sleep, a good swim (where I 'bumped into' a College colleague) and a recording finalised at the second take it was off to the Manor for another lunch out. This probably three last one before J and D go back to the Ardeche next week.

Today we went to The Salisbury Arms for a very pleasurable and relaxed lunch with good food and excellent mocktails. The Caribbean Mule was very good. In fact we thought it best Prestonfield.

Home via the Garden Centre to buy a card with the correct age of on it (doh!) and of course some other things, including a few seeds for next year. Bumped into L on the way out.

Having had another 3 course lunch and coffee there will be no need for tea tonight. I'll be catching up on 'The Last Leg' which I was to tired to watch last night and the rest of 'Roadkill'.

The curtains are closed, the heating (with the dodgy TRV) is on. A
relaxing evening beckons.
