I know you will all think we have absolutely positively lost our minds, but the other day when we drove to Maine to deliver some items, we received a phone call the minute we pulled into the driveway.  It was our real estate agents letting us know that the house right next door was going on the market, and the owner wanted to give us the right of first refusal.  We looked the place over that afternoon and decided to buy it!  It is definitely more of a project than its twin, but it will be a lovely rental once we've put our stamp on it.  Never a dull moment around here!
