Chilly Blue

We had our boiler replaced today, we're pretty sure the boiler has never been replaced in the house (it was built in the early 1990s) so it has given good service. It turned out to be quite a chilly day and as well as the new boiler installation, we had the whole system flushed through which meant running pipes out of the front door for quite a while. We were very glad of the wood burning stove to huddle around! It was all very efficiently done and successfully tested. Hopefully it will save us some money over the winter.

Given the horrible outside weather, it was a good day for second go with my (Chris) water drop kit. It's kind of scientific but no two shots ever seem to come out the same, even if you don't touch the settings. I progressed to adding gels to the flash for some colour fun. You could fill hours playing with this!
