Nuts

My back has been playing up today. I seem to be in a vicious circle. My back hurts so I rest and then it seizes up. I had a job getting up the stairs tonight.. Life is nuts at the moment.

So I rested most of the day just doing the odd job here and there. Cooked some dinner then scrambled up the stairs.

C was well, just very tired and confused.
