Notes: Another beautiful day. Tried for a run and right calf again seized up about 1/2 way thru. Hit Rollin' Oats (cocoringa for Mic & I) and then decided to get a few things at TJs also since I was over there. Another day not to stay inside, out on the beach at a bit and at the pool. The beach has some unusual sites like a full palm frond laying in a watery hold, big round wooden chunks of wood and much more. My "Stadium of Me" canvas arrived today and came out well - very exciting!
