Lavenders

Our bank of English lavenders is starting to flower, giving a lovely blue haze......I've tried to replicate that haze in my blip today.  No bees to be seen though, early days I guess.
A quiet day for both....I mentioned yesterday that Doug was playing in a tournament, his first ever.  He never got home until 7pm (an eleven hour day), very tired, sore back but waving a certificate that said Runner-up.  Very chuffed.
