Aubergines

Ready for the oven! This is the start of G’s birthday week so cooked one of his favourites - aubergine parmigiana followed by tiramisu.

We would usually go away for his birthday but the Lothians is still in Teir 3 so we’re looking forward to exploring locally, get some good walks done.
