Heron

More wet and windy weather ... So we went for a walk by the river Nith as it wouldn’t be as muddy / slippy as other walks .
The river has burst its banks already in a few places.
We spotted this beautiful heron perched on a branch pruning it’s feathers.
I’m struggling with SAD , I used my light box this morning, so hope in a few days my mood will lift.
I should have started using the light box in October ... silly old me !
