Pops

It was a wild and windy walk this morning with Pops. We call her the Pocket Rocket as she is so quick. 

As David runs (can you see him?) and I speed walk with Pops, I dare not stop to take a photo as she gives me this look, saying "come on, hurry up!".

I am ever grateful for our walks and for where we live. 

I am currently mindful of Santosha in my daily yoga practice. Santosha teaches me to be accepting and appreciating of all I have and all I am.
