Rose's Guests

Chanterelle? Deceiver? Something else? These fungi are growing in a tall garden tub that otherwise houses a rose bush in our daughter's garden. I've looked at a few fungi sites, but failed to find anything that looks exactly like these. Please do say if you know what they are. (I hope they won't damage the rose, as they are attractive.)

UPDATE: Many thanks to blipper, Munni, for identifying these as Tawny Funnel Cap (Paralepista flaccida) - they look identical to the Wiki entry.
