My Great Granddaughters achievements

It probably cant be read properly but Caitlin my Great Granddaughter who is 14 has had another of her stories published in a book. The Academy she goes to had the children writing stories  and some were picked to go into a published book. She not only got a  story published  but her painting was chosen for the cover, and inspired the Teacher Russ Litton who is the Writer in residence to name this book New Horizons. She spends hours sat writing little stories and has had 2 others published in books that have stories from children in others schools, I have told her one day she could be inspired to write a novel.

We have had a very busy day, Took the dogs for a walk and the skys opened and it bucketed down, Molly was running to get back to the car, she hates the rain. Then as we got home the sun came out and it's been a lovely day, so we washed the car, it was really muddy from the tractors that leave the mud on the road when they have been ploughing,. can't be helped but it does splash up, and I did a load of washing, 2 lots were dog covers and towels. Then we set about cleaning the lounge and conservatory. We also did lots of small jobs  in between,  so not much to do for the next day or two as we did the bedrooms last Friday.

I also found time to have a natter with my neighbour as well.
