Thankful November

Oldest made a request that we make one more visit before term ends a week from Tuesday. He wanted us to meet his uni friends. So, down to Birmingham we went today. The campus was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The friends were delightful. Since we will be leaving on or around the start of next term, oldest felt it important that we know his friends before we go. When he tells us stories he wanted us to have faces to put with the names. I am thankful that he wants us to know his friends. I am thankful for a wonderful afternoon spent with him, and I am very thankful he will be back with us in nine days!
