MY Garden, Compassion

I haven't picked up my camera for several days but whilst gardening this morning I thought my Compassion rose was just too beautiful not to. Today it was at its blooming peak. The extra doesn't show its in depth colour that beautiful peachy pink. They are taken from the two sides, main one is on the drive side and extra down in the garden.
We have had a few very hot days. I so wanted it to be at its peak for the weekend when I have family around but it has jumped the gun
Really enjoyed out in the garden today and felt like I was making a bit of headway. Out the back my early potatoes are doing well and now have main crop ones in.  My late husband would be amazed if he popped back for a look as he was the gardener not me however adversity is a good teacher
Still chasing after my friend with eyedrops but only two more days. 5 weeks 4 times a day not bad. Tomorrow it is the optician for new glasses then hopefully her license back and also has to get a very large barouca cut out of her foot how she has walked on it I will never know.
I will do my best to catch up on some commenting. Give me another few days and life should be a bit more normal whatever that is
