Fit? To drop.....

Amazingly it's been another fabulous day. Blue skies and sunshine all day! Could get used to this you know.....
Myself and J took advantage of the fine weather and had a good walk with the dogs first thing and then we braved the gym! Worked hard amongst all the super fit people and a large group of mad weight lifting types; so hard we decided that we probably deserved to go out for lunch!
Home in time to make banana and choc chip loaf for boys coming home and a quick walk to the village shop to pick up the papers while it cooked. I think I might need a seat now!
