Crocus in the Sun........

..............Am very late Blipping today! One of my "ladies" had a Hospital appointment so we had to set off at 9.30 am. As is usual, we had a rather long wait as not only were they running late there were several procedures she had to undergo - one test -wait - another test - wait! Was a little tedious and she is not the most patient of people. However, I managed to sneak into the quite good restaurant there and partake of Hot Chocolate and a rather delicious Danish Pastry which they make fresh every morning! Got home by about 14.15 and was very pleased to see that the sun had brought out my crocusses. I don't have very many but they pop up every year without fail. I love the yellow ones but the sparrows always tear them to pieces so am going to try some white ones instead!

Woke to a brilliant, very frosty morning - and that frost stayed until about 10.30. Driving home at about 13.30. the sun was really warm. Temperature now at 16.00 hrs is 7 deg C.
