Eastern style focaccia

Tried my hand at this bread out of my Persiana recipe book. First time I’ve attempted a focaccia and I’m happy with the result. It rose well and is very tasty - as it should be with cumin seeds, chilli flakes, coriander, fresh thyme, dried mint, nigella seeds, sea salt flakes and sumac! Easy to make too. Will do it again.
