Baking

I decided to bake some scones and welsh cakes today, but I was just putting the scones in the oven when a friend phoned, so I abandoned the idea of welsh cakes because I make a large batch of them and it takes a while. Instead I made this fruit loaf which is a different recipe to the one I usually use. It will be interesting to see what it tastes like. We managed to have a walk in between showers today.
