Pice bach

True to his part-Welsh heritage, young Tom is learning to make Welsh cakes, or pice bach as his Mum calls them. Useful skill. They’re yummy!
The pan used to cook them was originally his great grandmother’s, and they’re being made to her recipe. So good to see this tradition being passed on down through the family.
