The End Of The Dock.

There was a bit of sun when we were on our walk, the sun was to the left of this image and I had to wait until it was covered by a cloud before I took this image. 
The houses, for those who do not know, stretch across the end of the dock. When Maryport was a busy port, cargo vessels would be tied side by side across the dock and at times it was quicker to get from one side to the other by using the vessels as a crossing.
