Zentangle

A Zoom yoga class which focussed on opening our hips. Not a great class tonight as I don’t have a wall I can use in a space where I could fit all the other necessary equipment. Such a shame we can’t be in the studio again but hey ho such is life right now.

A very very busy day full of admin and the news that we now have to wear full PPE when we go to work mask, face visor, gloves and apron. I suspect I may look a bit scary.
