Not a permanent water feature

This is what used to be the path through the middle of what used to be a polly tunnel. The cover has gone but I am still using the beds. The left hand one has onions in currently. 
The water level has gone down since yesterday, this shot was taken in a rare "sunny period" and the intermittent showers could have raised the level once more.
This area has always been susceptible to flooding but this year seems worse than before. I think there is a soakaway somewhere nearby and guess its not working very well . I will have to talk to my friend with a digger to see if he can sort it.
