Te Kanohi O Te Manu

The Eye of the Bird. A 10 metre high Pied Shag sculpture which doubles as a viewing platform and slide. It's by Philipp Meier and is made of Corten Steel. We discovered this in a park at Hobsonville Point which is one of Auckland's newer developments. Extra shows some guy taking the alternate way down from the viewing bit.
