Geese
This is clearly not going to win any wildlife photography awards but it is a spectacle non the less. Barnacle geese fly down from Svalbard to Dumfries and Galloway every autumn and this is a regular scene where the geese fly home to WWT Caerlaverock in the evening after a day out and about. You usually hear them first before you see them and I am amazed that I can see this from my own doorstep. In the spring they go back up to Svalbard breed.
