If You Go Down To The Woods Today

Molly and I had a walk through Rivey wood. It’s changed enormously in the few weeks since I was last there. There are so many trees down and is very wet and muddy.
I had a physio appointment which was disappointing. My right shoulder is much more painful and I have less movement in it. The shockwave treatment obviously isn’t working so he has referred me to an orthopaedic surgeon. I’ve gone from having a torn rotator cuff to a possible frozen shoulder. Apparently these things are quite common in ‘women of a certain age’. Ho hum, I seem to be falling apart.
