Where it belongs!

On my way back from John Lewis this morning having picked up my ‘click and collect’ order I noticed this traffic sign for the ‘Covid cycle lane’ discarded in a pile of leaves rather like litter.
It did make me laugh as the bin is certainly where this scheme belongs... the UNUSED cycle lane runs right through the centre of Horsham town causing the most amazing traffic jams I have ever seen!!! What a stupid, pointless idea!!!
