I pass this tree on my way to the workhouse. Sometimes I take a different route - but I miss the amazingness of the effect of light on this tree. I have no idea what kind of tree it is - my mission this year is to stop and find out!! I like today's shot with its warmth and amazing sky colour - and nobody could have predicted the mizzly, foggy and cold day that ensued after this for us!!!

With my lovely sunny start, I went into my day busting with enthusiasm and positive anticipation and I wasn't let down! What a really great development day with lots of agreement, debate, hard chat and decisions...wow!

I am enthused and energised again - and I know we can take our expectations and outcomes to new heights.
