Scotland Day 25
Before leaving Blair Atholl we walked to the working water mill. Sadly due to Covid we couldn’t go into the mill, but bought a loaf of bread, bag of flour, and had a bacon bap and coffee! Next we walked along the river by the camp site, and watched red squirrels playing. Setting off we planned to go to the salmon ladder at Pitlochary – but were disappointed. We drove a short way south on A9 to Natural Trust Scotland “The Heritage”. There we walked the short way to waterfalls. Again, red squirrels were around, and a little mouse too. Final stop was Strathclyde Country Park, and an evening stroll down to the lake.
