Industrial Landscape

The Derby Lace Factory was opened in 1825 - it closed in 1974.
Now it is proposed that 74 apartments be built here, using some of the old buildings which is just as well as they are starting to show signs of wear, and it is Grade II listed so needs to be preserved.  This is not the side that will be preserved I hasten to add.  
I believe at the moment it is used for storage.
