Wet Rose Hips

If yesterday it was wet this morning if was even wetter. Not only was I wearing waterproof trousers they were accompanied by my wellies ..... even in the supermarket carpark there were huge puddles.

I had planned to make soup with some of the veg that had got left at the bottom of my veggie box .... potatoes that were beginning to sprout, carrots that resembled a rubber hammer, a large sweet potato which was still more than OK but I only had one onion and that was not enough for any soup that I make. A trip to the supermarket was made.

All is ready now for the hand blender to work its magic and the containers are waiting to be filled.
