Beautiful Flora has been with us for two years today! She's on the sofa having cuddles every night now. Yesterday Mike found her on the 'best' armchair in the front room. I got a what's app saying look where I've just found YOUR dog. (If any of them ever mis behave we always do this. Nell is mostly Mike's dog!!)

Spent the day with the horses. Hack out on Lime first. He was a bit calmer today but I rode back through the village doing the fields first to avoid him trying to take off on the way home! I didn't have time to ride Buddy as well so we just did a quick lunge session. He was working much better than last time after Ruth's pointers.

Then I dashed home to collect Eva and she came back and rode Jack. She was supposed to be having a go at cantering on Jasper but in the end she just had a little walk round on him and said he felt too big! That's the problem with having your own pony, you just get so used to them that riding anything else can feel really scary. When she was going to the riding school she rode loads of different horses and some were much bigger than Jasper. Ah well we will just keep trying to overcome this fear of cantering!

Currently binge watching the new series of The Crown. Gillian Anderson is brilliant as Margaret Thatcher. Love it!
