Carrots

HB and I tackled the question of how to deal with that lovely bag of carrots I was given yesterday.  We decided to keep some for veg this week, 220g to make a carrot cake and freeze the rest.  Mr HB did the scraping, washing, blanching and cutting up (the donkey work!) whilst I found trays to put them in the freezer.  Once frozen they'll be bagged up and used as and when.

After that lot, and after huge recommendations from some Blippers, I binged watched 3 episodes of the latest series of The Crown.  Quite harrowing to say the least.
