Sunrise

It is not often I get to see a sunrise although it is getting much later as we head towards winter. I had a 7.30 am appointment for an MRI of my spine this morning. The landscape was looking amazing but we didn't have time to stop to take a photo so I shot off a few through the side window.
I was back home in time to have a group chat with friends then I made some Quince Jelly. It took ages to get to the gel set point. I couldn't get it to wrinkle but seemed to set when I bunged the saucer in the fridge. Fingers crossed it will be be ok when I check it tomorrow.
