Cabbage Leaf

I was making a stir fry for dinner, with carrots, broccoli, cabbage and mushrooms. With the exception of broccoli, all of these are incredibly delicious raw. Unfortunately I have a habit of not washing my veg before cooking it, so my bones are probably full of heavy metals and phosphate from the pesticides. If I was rich enough to be able to afford organic veg - or better yet a cottage with a country garden! - then I wouldn't have this problem.

Anyway, I thought the protective curl and the quilted appearance of the savoy cabbage looked very inviting.
