Notes: Awake early and tried another run but right calf seizing up quickly. Cold crisp morning! Packed and organized through the day, went to pool for a bit and later cool breezy happy hour w/ Phil & Trish, Gary & Gloria and Rick & Linda (West Virginia). Quite tired early.
