Purest Green

An interesting challenge from Ingeborg today for Abstract Thursday.
Black +White,
Black+ One Colour
or White + One Colour 
Wanted to find something to fit the specification and looked no further than Rebecca’s best table wear. 
It’s not used everyday but it is used often, what’s the point of having beautiful things if they are stored away in a cupboard?
So it’s a serving plate, dinner, plate, salad plate, soup bowl and side plate stacked.
I’ve just cropped it and over saturated it but it doesn’t look much different from the real thing.
I’m trying to tell myself it meets the challenge but l think l’ve missed the mark a bit.
Looks beautiful when it’s all set out on the table.
It’s was discontinued by Villeroy and Boch about ten years but she has place settings for ten ( twelve in some items) so it will be around for a while.
I imagine you can bits and pieces online.

We often refer to purest green in our family as it was a phrase once used in an episode of Black Adder many years ago and the phrase stuck, especially with Tim and Mr P who used to go into howls of laughter when either of them said it.
