SUNRISE - AT LAST.

Up at 5am and left in the dark at 6.45am for the canal, the first time for a few weeks. I was so happy as I love walking there, although it was pretty sore on my knee, however it was well worth it to see the sunrise.. My extra will give you an idea of how wet it has been as most of the path was flooded from the fields.
Phoned the surgery for the results of my x-ray to hear "Nothing to worry about". What does that tell me. I have to phone again tomorrow.
PS the bird in the shot is the Cormorant.
Very cold today, but who cares as long as it is dry. I think I have managed to hoover up the last of the leaves this afternoon.
