...over the Crown and Sceptre. I went to their lockdown corner shop to check on my Christmas cards. They've sold one pack. Gotta start somewhere.... I left them some miniature advent calendars and 3D cards too. My cards, etc, are for sale at www.helenascards.co.uk as well as in the shop.

Otherwise it's been a quiet day at home, lockdown style. I haven't yet finished the two thousand piece jigsaw. The dentist has not phoned back.

Dave texted to ask me if Waitrose would order books for him. Dear dear! I ordered his reading list from my local independent book shop. It's going to be a gloomy reading course for him: The L-shaped room, A kind of Loving, Take a Girl like You.
