Pineapple
Woo, blue skies! A fairly uncommon experience recently.
An afternoon drive over to Airth and a walk around the grounds of the Dunmore Pineapple.
Built in 1761 by the 4th Earl of Dunmore as a summer house, the building is now in the care of the National Trust for Scotland. While one can't access the folly itself, there are woodland walks in the area - I took a rather muddy path over to the beautiful but tiny Dunmore village before retracing my steps to the car park at the Pineapple. I've added an extra to show the building from a different perspective.
