Flower Friday . . . Roses

My current gin is called Bloom which of course means a still life blip with my roses which are all in full bloom.  The distillers have been making gin since 1761 so they should know  a thing or too by now. 
The forester came home in the early hours of the morning.  While away he had been impressed seeing battery powered tools used.  Off we went to the hardware and now I have my first power tool.  A line trimmer with two batteries for good power output.  When the batteries are charged I will get a lesson in using it.  It is for keeping the grass around trees and shrubs to a manageable level.  The garden might get back to being dangerously tidy.
