Hubertus market tree

Every year, on the weekend the closest to 6 November there is a traditional market in our village.  Due to the health risks associated with the coronavirus, this Hubertus market was cancelled.
The local community has been thinking about alternatives.  For example, Hubertusweek campaigns are held and a Tree of Connection has been lit in the centre.  

I can't see this connection between the tree and our community,  because the tree can be found in the middle of the terraces on the market square, where, now that these are closed, no man can be found on the benches around the tree.  Other than that, it was mainly tourists who sat there because of austerity or because there was no more room left on one of the terraces.

Anyway, it is a nice initiative to do something different in addition to the lighting that is used every year.
