Folly in Gunnersbury Park London
Gunnersbury Park and mansion designed by John Webb pupil and son in law to Inigo Jones. One folly, a section of 'Roman wall' was built to obscure the site of the blacksmiths shop. In todays park the perimeter walls do their best to obscure the North Circular but the road is no longer a muddy track for coach and horses.
