Passion flowers - a strange kind of day

A busy day. Round at mums giving her hair a wash and blow dry. Then I went swimming, 30 lengths of breast stroke in the slow Lane.
This afternoon I’m going for an MRI with contrast medium on my lumbar spine. It will be a 2 week wait for the results.
Edit - phone call 6.30pm from hospital - asking me to come in for tests due to MRI results. So now an in patient in an orthopaedic ward. You never know what a day will bring !!
The photo is of one of the gorgeous Passion flowers that are still blooming in the back garden .
I can’t believe they are still going strong !!
