Hieroglyphics

I'm feeling very pleased today as we managed to get out for a walk again this morning despite the weather being damp and gloomy. Yesterday, as we walked past the health centre, we saw two men surveying and marking drains etc with different colours and symbols. No idea what they mean. Here is one of them.
