I love the dark nights when you get a reflection of the fire in the window but it looks as though the bush outside is on fire.
I couldn’t see it last year as our fire was removed in October and not replaced until the beginning of March. Somehow staring at a piece of plasterboard isn’t the same.
So far, today has been a day of two halves. The morning was dark and wet. The afternoon has been dark and wet.
Our plans for today were to go shopping, out for lunch and then the theatre or a film this evening but then we decided that less was more so we haven’t done anything. Tonight, well that will probably be more of the same.
